All decisions about content that has been reported by users to be taken by humans. But also people are perfect. Sometimes they make mistakes, says Tina Kulow to the Swedish website Internet World.
Kulow is Facebook’s information officer for Northern Europe.
She says that Facebook’s moderation system is divided into three parts: Users yourself first, then automated system that flags certain types of material and ultimately Facebook’s own employees.
