There is confusion about why Facebook knelt Tuesday morning. World’s largest social network denies that hackers are behind login problems.
Tuesday morning woke Facebook, Instragram and Tinder users in error messages on their screens. The major social media was down approximately one hour.
Facebook experienced similar problems in May, June and August 2014, writing website TechCrunch.
A spokesperson from Facebook told the BBC that the problems caused by online giant has implemented changes in the configuration of their systems.
Meanwhile, hacker group Lizard Squad taken the blame for the down-time. Online speculation that Facebook was the victim of a DDOS attack.
Under such an attack is sent large amounts of traffic to one or more servers, which allows services or websites linked to the server can be turned out of the game.
Shortly after website was down, the group wrote:
